Currently, we are offer curbside pickup in Langdon, AB., We do also offer shipping through Canada Post Expedited mail but are unable to offer personal courier services at this time. All of our products are shipped using Canada Post Expediated Mail.

We cannot schedule in person pickups at this time. All items will be left securely on our porch so that you may pick up as it works for your schedule. We let customers choose a pickup time window that works best for them, and work to have the orders prepared by this time.

Shipping is $20 unless otherwise noted, and is FREE over $125 before tax.

We work to process your order as soon as we receive it and do our best to ship within 3-5 days. (Sometimes quicker). Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location as once the item is delivered to post office it’s out of our control.

Please note, during peek shipping times all items are requested to be picked up with a Canada Post Slip at your closest pickup location to eliminate items being stolen.

Here are our top tips to keeping it in perfect condition:

  • Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors
  • Use only non-chlorine bleach
  • It is preferable to Hang to dry, but life’s busy so tumble dry low, if that’s your style
  • Do not iron decorate
  • Do not dry clean

Size charts will be provided for garments. It is the customers responsibility to use the size guides when purchasing. I do provide recommendations based on my own experience and previous customer feedback where relevant. Returns and refunds are not accepted based on fit.

Our Exchange policy is 10 days, from which the order is received.

Exchange Policy Exception – For online orders placed in November and December, the 10-day period will begin on December 26 as we understand that some of these purchases may be used for gifts.

Items that are unused/unwashed, with all tags attached, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving our order completion email. Please note it will be your responsibility to pick-up your piece in a timely manner and try it on within this 10 day period. If we are shipping your items, the 10 days start from the date of delivery to your door.  

If you wish to return an item a 10% restocking fee will be applied for all items returned.

For returns of online purchases, please email with the reason for return. Please note, you are responsible for paying for trackable return shipping and original shipping costs will not be credited. 

Items purchased at any retail space other than our website are eligible for EXCHANGE only. It will be up to individual store management to ensure items are returned new. If management does not feel it meets the above criteria they have full permission to deny exchange.
