Size Guide: True to size, they have an elastic waist band making them crazy comfortable. I am naturally a Medium & 5ft 6″ and wearing a medium. I could have gone down to a small and fit well, the waist just felt a little to snug for my liking

Washing Guide: Wash Cold & Hang to Dry. I have this piece in many colors and it WILL Shrink in arms and waist length if you put in dryer. SO if you only dry clothes because you have no time to hang-dry, I would go a size bigger, it’s going to feel large until you wash & dry 🙂
